become an EXPLOSIVECASH partner, you have to
respect all the following rules. If you don't respect one of
this rules, we may close your account without warning and without
paying the profit you have made.
1. You have to be at least 18 (eighteen)
and be of age by law in your country.
2. You have to possess an internet web site
in accordance with the laws of your country. (NO warez, pedophilia,
violence, racism…). EXPLOSIVECASH reserves
the rights to sue the webmasters who does not respect this rules.
3. You must respect the fiscal laws of your
country.
4. Our 'program' is made to business and individuals.
5. You have to use our banners or create hyperlinks
pointing on our sites to promote them.
6. If we discover webmasters using illegal
contents for the promotion of EXPLOSIVECASH,
we suspend the account of the persons concerned and refer the
sites to the authority.
7. Sales are recorded by ccbill.
You will be paid directly by them.
8. We reserve the rights to cancel accounts
without warning if a situation justifies this regulation.
PAY
BACK :
•
Partners collect 50% of the profits generated by the subscriptions.
• Partners collect this amount as long as the subscriber
is subscribe.
PAYMENTS
:

All payments are in US Dollars.
• All payments are treated by ccbill.
• Your check will be sent to you every week. If the amount
collected is higher than 20$.
• If your profits are under 20$ for a given period the
ammount will be carried over until you reach the minimum payment
amount.
IN
ANY CASE:
•
EXPLOSIVECASH can not be held responsible of
a lack of any gain caused by the server shut down or network
problems.
• EXPLOSIVECASH will not be held accountable
for any crash to the system payment server of ccbill.
